Quality Dining Experience

The Harbourview, widely regarded for its dining offers, provides a full spectrum of options - celebration dinners for families, relaxing weekend afternoon teas with friends, or executive lunches with business associates.

 

 

*In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the following arrangements and measures have been implemented to keep our dining environment clean and hygienic.

 

Operation Arrangement at Harbour Restaurant:

- Breakfast buffet has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

- Dinner buffet will be temporarily suspended until 27 January 2021.

- All day selected set (on 21 – 22, 25 – 29 January 2021), executive lunch (on 18 – 22, 25 – 29 January 2021), afternoon tea set, a la carte menu and takeaway service are available.

- Dining service at Harbour Restaurant included in the room packages will be provided in the guestroom when Harbour Restaurant is closed / the dining service is suspended. 

 

Operation Arrangement at Mezz Floor:

- Mezz Floor will be temporarily closed until further notice.

- Executive Lunch (on 18 – 22, 25 – 29 January 2021) will be served at Harbour Restaurant when Mezz Floor is closed.

- Dining service at Mezz Floor included in the room packages will be provided at Harbour Restaurant when Mezz Floor is closed. It will be provided in the guestroom when Harbour Restaurant is also closed.

 

In-room Dining Service:

- In-room dining service is available for in-house guests.

 

Hygiene Measures to Prevent the Spreading of Diseases and Viruses (when the outlets are open):

*Body temperature measurement of all guests at reception before dining is required.

*Hand sanitiser is placed at the reception for our guests.

*All restaurant staff, including kitchen and service, are required to wear surgical masks and gloves while on duty.

*Sneeze guards are placed on top of the buffet dishes to keep our food safe from germs and contaminants.

*Utensils on the buffet tables including but not limited to tongs, spoons, etc., will be changed every half an hour.

*Disposable gloves are provided to buffet patrons for using the utensils on the buffet tables.

*A dishwashing machine is used to wash and sanitise tableware and kitchenware.

*Disinfectant is used to clean and sanitise buffet tables, dining tables and the floor.

*Seats are arranged at a distance of 1.5 meter from each other. Sneeze guards are placed on dining tables if the distance between tables is less than 1.5 meter.

*A maximum of 2 patrons per table (subject to government guidelines).

*Guests are required to wear mask while not eating and while selecting dishes at buffet tables.

*In accordance with local governmental and health guidance, we are unable to serve any customer who is under compulsory quarantine; food and drink should not be consumed in areas adjacent to our outlets.

Mezz Floor

Mezz Floor is ideal for business settings as it exudes exclusivity and purpose.  The restaurant, known for its weekday executive luncheons, also offers all-day-long light refreshments and beverages.
